This Self Assessment Questionnaire is provided to assist you to determine whether or not you are eligible to submit an Expression of Interest. Queensland Health makes no representation that at the time you submit your Expression of Interest or at any time in the future, there is a suitable position, or any position, available to you, or that you will be considered for a position that becomes available, with Queensland Health.

1. Have you previously been employed in Australia?

2. Have you completed an English Language Proficiency test (listed below), within the last two years, or have you completed your secondary education in a country where English is the first/native language?

  • IELTS (with a minimum score of 7.0 in each of the four components)
  • OET (with a minimum score of A or B in each of the four components)
  • PLAB I & II
  • NZREX
  • Completed Secondary Education in a country where English is the first or native language
