- MSU for MCS, cytology x 3
- ELFT's, FBC, ESR
- CT: non-CON, CON, delayed excretory

for microscopic haematuria:
- < 50 non-smokers: MSU for MCS, cytology x 3, renal USS + KUB
- all others: MSU for MCS, cytology x3, ELFT's, CT: non-CON, CON, delayed excretory

for renal / staghorn / ureteric calculi:
- MSU for MCS
- ELFT's, FBC, ESR
- KUB + non-contrast CT
- for ureteric stones - please repeat CT + KUB 2/52 after first presentation or 1/52 prior to appointment to confirm stone is still present

for elevated PSA / prostate disease:
- MSU for MCS
- previous PSA results
- ELFT's

- medical / surgical history

for bladder outlet obstruction / LUTS:

Should a patient need to be seen urgently, contact the outpatient department and ask to speak to the Clinical Nurse.

- Redland Hospital - Weippin Street, Cleveland - enter main entrance of Redland Hospital and make your way along the corridor. Service is located on right side, opposite pathology department.

Patient must bring
- Medicare card
- Any concession cards (e.g. Pension, Health Care, DVA, PBS Safety Net, ADF, etc)
- Copy of referral from GP or hospital
Bulk Billed Clinics
- Queensland Health now offers private (bulk billed) services in many outpatient clinics. This means that your patient has the right to choose to be treated as a private patient and can be bulk billed for the service with no gap. To refer your patient privately, please include a named referral to one of the staff specialists with Right of Private Practice.
