Your feedback about the Queensland Health Interpreter Service is welcomed.

 

Written or verbal/spoken feedback

You can provide your feedback in writing by downloading the feedback form and fax to the relevant District Interpreter Service Coordinator.  You can write your feedback in your preferred language.  If this is a language other than English, Queensland Health will arrange to get this feedback translated.

You can also provide your feedback verbally by telephone by calling the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450. Feedback should be directed to the relevant Interpreter Quality Officer
