Congratulations to the 2011 Queensland Health Healthcare Improvement Awards winners

These annual awards provide an opportunity to recognise the excellent contributions of Queensland Health's healthcare staff from across the state.

This year, more than 300 submissions were received with 13 high calibre winners selected from the 29 finalists. The winners were presented with their awards by Queensland Health's Deputy Director-General for Performance and Accountability, Terry Mehan and Minister for Health Geoff Wilson MP at a special awards evening held on 31 August.
