Graduates seeking employement with Queensland Health facilities can apply through Queensland Health's online recruitement system GNOR.

Many hospitals will accept applications for employment into Registered Nurse NO1 and Enrolled Nurse positions on an ongoing basis, notifying the applicant when a position is available.
