Research Coordination and Promotion Unit

The Research Coordination and Promotion Unit (RCPU) is responsible for:

• promotion of the Office of Health and Medical Research (OHMR) programs and grants
• stakeholder engagement and liaison
• promotion of the Queensland health and medical research sector to national and international markets
• translation of research into the health (patient outcomes and improved health service delivery) and wealth (innovative products and increased employment opportunities)

RCPU is the central point of contact for enquiries about health and medical research in Queensland Health (QH), collaborative research or commercialisation opportunities, the management of Queensland Health intellectual property, and the promotion of research outcomes to research and academic peers.
