Queensland Health Allied Health Scholarship Schemes

'Area of Priority' Scholarship Scheme
The Allied Health 'Area of Priority' scholarships are available to all allied health students in the final year of their degree. This scholarship will provide financial assistance during the final year of university in return for 1 year of bonded service and guaranteed employment with Queensland Health.


 Radiation Oncology Medical Physics Scholarship
This Scholarship is available to students undertaking a Masters of Medical Oncology Physics at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) who have 18 months left of their degree.


Post Graduate Scholarship Scheme
The Allied Health Post Graduate scholarships are available to all permanent allied health employees of Queensland Health. This scholarship will provide financial assistance to aid completion of a recognised postgraduate qualification in return for one year of bonded service to Queensland Health upon completion of the postgraduate study.


Clinical Placement Subsidy Scheme
The Clinical Placement Subsidy is designed to assist in reducing the costs associated with undertaking a clinical placement.  The subsidy intendes to allow students to experience clinical practice in rural and remote, or regional settings across the state, and to assist in the completion of the clinical placement requirements of the university course.
