Our information desk staff and volunteers will be happy to point you in the right direction.

The Main Reception Counter in the Main Foyer, Ground Level, Building 1 is staffed between 8.00am and 8.00pm, seven days a week. Turn left inside the main entrance to Building 1 and follow the green wall to the main reception counter near the water court.
To help people with hearing aids, a loop has been installed at the Main Reception Counter.
Volunteers and staff are happy to help patients and visitors from this point.
