The Princess Alexandra Hospital is one of Australia’s largest and most sophisticated tertiary teaching hospitals. Over 71,000 inpatients and 342,400 outpatients are treated annually from across Queensland. 13,300 inpatients with cancer are treated annually, representing about 18.75% of total Hospital admissions and over 51,100 cancer outpatients’ occasions of service for the Oncology / Haematology Unit and the Radiation Oncology Unit (excluding emergency attendances).
