The Princess Alexandra Hospital Human Research Ethics Committee (PAH HREC) is constituted
The PAH HREC reviews the ethical and scientific validity of proposed research protocols within the Princess Alexandra Hospital Health Service District, Logan-Beaudesert Health Service District and the QEII Hospital Southside Health Service District.
The links shown at the top of the page provide details of paperwork required for making submissions such as new applications, amendments to existing projects, reporting of Serious Adverse Events. Please download forms from the website to ensure you are using the current version.
New applications for Ethics approval are to be submitted using the National Ethics Application Form. You must register as a new user to view the form.
If you are a new researcher it is recommended that you read the NHMRC’s National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research 2007.
