Research undertaken by a university employee or a student requires an agreement in the form of a sub-contract between the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the relevant University or a Medicines Australia Clinical Trial Collaborative Agreement.
The University employee or student must contact their University legal representative to request that the correct contractual arrangements be put in place.
