Expanding Our Health Services

Princess Alexandra Hospital and the surrounding area is home to a number of major building projects, which are designed to improve health services and hospital accessibility for all Queenslanders.  This website contains the most up to date information for the public and contact details about current projects.

Current Projects

	Emergency Department Expansion, Helipad, Radiation Oncology and PET Scanner Project Princess Alexandra Hospital is building a $134 million expansion to the south-east corner of the main hospital building.
	Translational Research Institute [external website] The Translational Research Institute (TRI) is a new, world-class medical research facility based on the Princess Alexandra Hospital campus.
