identify hazards and actively manage risks at a local level
-
analyse clinical (patient) incidents, risks and complaints data for the purposes of identifying trends on a facility by facility basis in a timely, flexible and efficient manner.
-
access objective measures for evaluating changes in clinical and management practices related to consumer incidents
-
facilitate learning across the State by sharing statewide preventative and corrective strategies
-
accomodate future needs and changes through the interim solution.
