We are currently experiencing problems with the search function of the approved auditor register and have developed the following spreadsheet containing the details of all current approved auditors. A search may be conducted to find auditors for your type of food business, your local government area, by auditor name or any other details listed in the spreadsheet.
To perform a search of the spreadsheet, go to the 'Edit' tab at the top of the page and scroll down to 'Find'. Type in your search phrase and select 'Find Next'. In consecutive order, the cells that contain the search phrase will be highlighted in the spreadsheet, allowing you to identify all auditors that satisfy your search criteria.
Spreadsheet of approved auditors
This is a register of all food safety auditors (auditors) approved under the Food Act 2006.
The purpose of the register is for food businesses to locate approved auditors that are appropriate to conduct audits of their accredited food safety program for their food business or to check that the auditor they use has been approved.
A search may be conducted by business name, level of approval, area of service, or a combination of these fields (see example below).
If you know the business name of an auditor and wish to find further information about this business, type in the business name and press "search".
If you require an auditor with a specific level of approval from the drop-down list eg "high-risk food", select the required "level of approval" and press "search".
To find an auditor that provides services within your local government area, select the name of your local government from the drop-down list and press "search".
When a business name is selected from the search results, the contact details for the business, approval level, conditions and term of approval and the area of service by local government will be displayed.
