Public Interest Disclosures

A Public Interest Disclosure (PID), in general terms, is a report of certain wrongdoing or danger. For the report to be considered a PID and attract the protections under the Public Interest Disclosure Act (2010), the report must be an appropriate disclosure, made to a proper authority.
