Queensland Health takes breaches of privacy very seriously and affirms the right of consumers and their representatives to make complaints of this kind.
Complaints regarding breaches of privacy are dealt with in accordance with the Department's complaints management system. Accordingly, complainants are encouraged to direct their complaint to the Complaints Coordinator within the relevant Health Service District or facility in the first instance.
