Legislation

IS42A is an administratively based scheme. This means that it does not effect the operation of any legislation that deals with privacy issues and such legislation will always prevail over IS42A to the extent of any inconsistency.

• The Privacy Plan sets out the key legislative provisions dealing with privacy issues. See:
