  • Amputees Queensland. This site is a collaboration between a number of amputee focussed organisations operating in Queensland and provides useful links to other sites as well as information specific to amputees in Queensland.
  • Amputees & Families Support Group  The AFSG is a voluntary organisation providing a variety of services to amputees in Queensland.
  • LimbKids. Limbkids Support Association Inc is a non-profit, voluntary organisation comprised of parents, professionals and interested people concerned with the care of children who have congenital or acquired limb differences.
  • Link is Australia’s leading cross-disability lifestyle magazine.
    Featuring opinions and perspectives directly from people with a disability, Link covers a diverse range of topics including news, issues, art, sport, breakthroughs, travel, health, advocacy, products and people in the disability sector.Link started out in 1980 as a small state-based newspaper and has since evolved into a national, professionally designed, glossy, colour magazine.
  • Limbs 4 Life believes that no amputee should go through the trauma of limb loss alone and should have access to an organisation that understands their circumstances, can arrange connections with other amputees and provide up-to-date information. To meet this goal, Limbs 4 Life offers a range of programs and services that assist amputees, their families, their care givers and health care professionals.
  • Amputee Coalition of America is a national, non-profit amputee consumer educational organization representing people who have experienced amputation or are born with limb differences. The ACA includes individual amputees, amputee education and support groups for amputees, professionals, family members and friends of amputees, amputation or limb loss related agencies, and organizations.
  • ARATA is an association whose purpose is to serve as a forum for issues in rehabilitation & assistive technology. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the use of assistive technology for people with disabilities.
  • Amputee WEB Site This is the most popular amputee oriented site on the web! The multi-award winning  is designed to help out amputees, friends and families of amputees, doctors, prosthetists, teachers, PE instructors, physical therapists or anyone wanting to know more about amputation.
