| QALS is the administrative body of Queensland Health which is responsible for the provision of artificial limbs (prostheses) and related prosthetic services to eligible residents of Queensland.
Our mission is to ensure the provision of essential prostheses for eligible amputees through the effective and efficient management of a client focused ‘artificial limb scheme’ and complimentary initiatives. We will facilitate the process of prescription, manufacture, acquittal, repair and maintenance of prostheses and provide consumable supplies within our resources in an atmosphere that seeks continuous improvement. |
