The Queensland Coding Committee (QCC)

The Queensland Coding Committee (QCC) is a statewide forum for the resolution of queries related to Australian coding standards, clinical coding, edits and grouping.

The QCC is also a forum where other related health information issues can be discussed such as coding audits and associated tools, education for clinical coders and Activity Based Funding education.

The committee meets monthly to discuss issues and provides information, advice and direction to clinical coders, health information managers and other health professionals in the public and private health sectors within Queensland.
