The CHC41102 Certificate IV in Mental Health Work (non-clinical) addresses the vocational competencies required to support mental health consumers and effective practice outcomes in contemporary mental health services. This training is available to all staff working in the mental health area (ie. Queensland Health, non-government organisations, and other government departments). The Certificate IV in Mental Health Work (non-clinical) will be delivered face-to-face with most units conducted as a one-day workshop. The Certificate IV in Mental Health Work (Non-clinical) consists of 14 accredited training units (11 compulsory and 3 electives). Individuals can enrol for the full qualification or can elect to enrol in individual accredited units that would be beneficial to their work role.
