CR contacts have been identified throughout Queensland, Representing a variety of health professionals and organisations (both within and external to Queensland Health) to adopt a lead role as champions for Community Rehabilitation (CR) programs and provide a vehicle for sustained development of CR in Queensland.

It is also anticipated this group will function as a networking system to support and assist each other in the delivery of evidence based community rehabilitation.
