Effective Blood Use Framework

The Queensland Blood Management Program is very proud to provide you with this online version of the Effective Blood Use framework.  This resource has been developed to assist a range of blood sector professionals in optimising blood utilisation.

You will find 15 modules below addressing current topics in the blood transfusion field and each section gives a brief overview and provides, where appropriate, additional guidelines, resources and tools that can practically contribute to effective blood use.

The framework was designed to be adaptable so users are encouraged to incorporate additional content that meets their local interests and needs.
