Payroll Self Service


The new Streamline (formerly Payroll Self Service) site is now available through Queensland Health computers using Mozilla Firefox, and through external devices (tablets, mobile phones)

With PSS you can:

2013-14 payment summaries

From 7 July 2014, staff can conveniently download their payment summaries via Payroll Self Service.

This change from the traditional mail-out also helps us save a considerable amount of paper from our environmental footprint.

Staff who are not on Payroll Self Service should register as soon as possible.

Repay loans and overpayments in a few clicks!

Many Queensland Health staff members have asked for an easier way to proactively repay their loans and overpayments.

With Payroll Self Service (PSS) you can now make a lump sum or periodic payment from your:

PSS will continue to evolve with new services. The next new service will be forms tracking online - download, submit and track online payroll and HR forms, such as leave forms, providing greater transparency for everyone.

PSS registration

Visit and enter your Person ID and unique registration token, a security code which is located at the end of your latest payslip.

Web browsers

PSS is supported by most web browsers; however we can't support them all. If you are using an out dated or unsupported web browser, you may find that PSS does not work properly.
