QHSSP has developed its Strategic Directions for 2007-09 
using the Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard approach.
The QHSSP Strategy Map contains a number of statements that encapsulate our vision and future direction. These statements (strategic objectives) are being achieved through the Operational Priorities and Initiatives developed for each service.
