QHSSP HR Services delivers a wide variety of Human Resource Management activities to QHSSP staff and managers, ranging from industrial relations to advisory services. The HR team are available to provide advice on issues concerning day-to-day people management, employment provisions, equity considerations and much more.

Agency Consultative Committee

About

The Agency Consultative Committee meets on the fourth (4th) Thursday of every month and provides a forum for facilitating consultation between QHSSP management and union representatives. Chaired by the Director of QHSSP HR Services, the ACC is a mechanism by which information is shared, providing an opportunity for employees to participate in the consultation process and allowing adequate time for all parties to understand, analyse, seek appropriate advice and respond to such information.
The ACC meetings are run in accordance with the following Queensland Health Certified Agreement:

Local Consultative Forums

Local Consultative Forums facilitate consultation between QHSSP, unions and employees in the decision making processes affecting employees and generally regarding organisational change.  These are run in accordance with the following Queensland Health Certified Agreements:
