Transitional Rehabilitation Program logo

The Transitional Rehabilitation Program (TRP) is an award winning, innovative program which assists people affected by spinal cord injury in the transition from hospital rehabilitation to community living. It offers a flexible rehabilitation service, focussed on individual goals, and enables earlier discharge from hospital. TRP assists people to consolidate and build on skills developed in the Spinal Injuries Unit with the support of an experienced team of health professionals. We actively encourage the involvement of family, partners and friends in these programs.

Who is Eligible for TRP?

All people undergoing rehabilitation for the first time are eligible for TRP.
