Managing tuberculosis (TB) patients

The general pathway for managing TB patients is illustrated in the following steps:

  1. diagnose the TB case
  2. notify the TB case to QTBCC (Queensland Tuberculosis Control Centre)
  3. treat the TB patient
  4. manage public health risks.
