Radiation safety officer certification

To apply for a Radiation Safety Officer Certificate, the following steps should be followed:

Step 1

Download and complete the application form:

Application for a Radiation Safety Officer Certificate

Step 2

Submit the completed application form, with verification of qualifications and experience as requested by the application form, to Radiation Health. The prescribed fee must accompany the application.

Step 3

Attend, and successfully complete, a radiation safety officer course conducted by Radiation Health. Details of this course will be provided on receipt of the application for a certificate.
