Our mission is to excel as an organisation providing leadership in the provision of health services to our patients, their families and the community while fostering research and education.

Customer Service and Patient Satisfaction

By providing and maintaining high quality health care and services, we strive for excellence in customer service and are committed to best practice and the continual quality improvement of services. All customers are treated equally, regardless of their status or benefit eligibility. Our focus is to involve customers in health care delivery, ensuring their needs are met. Processes such as patient satisfaction surverys, conducting client focused interviews and general dicussions are adopted. Feedback is valuable to help identify areas for improvement and of achievement.

We have a Patient/Staff Liaison Officer who can explain hospital processes and assist with concerns or complaints.
