Visiting Hours

<< Back to Patient Information

Visiting hours are as from 10am - 8pm (in most wards)

Please note that in some clinical areas, visiting times may be different, i.e. maternity wards. If there is difficulty visiting during the allocated hours, please discuss this with the Nurse Unit Manager. Visiting of friends and relatives is encouraged, but at times visitors may be asked to temporarily leave the bedside when treatment is being carried out.

Children are to be accompanied at all times by an adult. Visitors are asked to keep noise to a minimum and must not smoke while in any hospital building. The Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for the ward and may ask visitors to leave, or restrict visitors in the interest of the patient's welfare.
