Cancer Care Services provides treatment to patients from throughout Queensland, Northern New South Wales, Northern Territory and neighbouring South West Pacific countries.
The Service uses all current treatment modes in medical and radiation oncology practice as well as haematology and bone marrow transplantation. It is the only public facility in Queensland for inpatients requiring unsealed isotope therapy.
Outreach clinics are also available at other metropolitan hospitals and hospitals within central Queensland areas.
