Psychology
The Psychology Department provides evidence-based clinical psychology services for inpatients and outpatients who are being treated for physical health problems.
Services:

Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of psychological, emotional and behavioural disorders which may be associated with the patient's physical health condition.

Identification and reduction of psychological, emotional and behavioural risk factors associated with poor outcome of physical health conditions.

Assistance with following physical health management recommendations
Services may be provided on an individual or small-group basis.
Treatments include behaviour therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and counselling.
