The RCH has held full accreditation status from the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards since 1995. Our current Certificate of Accreditation is valid until September 2013.
The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards is an external organisation-wide accreditation body under which all areas of the RCH are evaluated. Its' mission is to 'improve the quality and safety of health care.'
The Evaluation & Quality Improvement Program (EQuIP) provides a management tool to assist health care organisations to continuously improve their performance to provide the highest quality services to their clients and local community.
