Queensland Paediatric Rehabilitation Service

The Queensland Paediatric Rehabilitation Service assists children with disabilities and loss of function caused by injury or disease to achieve the highest possible level of health and independence. This outcome is achieved through a coordinated and combined service consisting of medical, nursing, allied health and rehabilitation engineering expertise.

Queensland Cerebral Palsy Health Service

The Queensland Cerebral Palsy Health Service (CP Health) is a statewide health service providing tertiary health interventions and associated rehabilitation for Queensland children with cerebral palsy. CP Health has a range of programs under a state wide model of service which aim to reduce the risk of the predictable, preventable complications of cerebral palsy, improve access to new and existing treatments, and optimise clinical management to improve quality of life and health outcomes.

Queensland Children's Gait Laboratory

The Queensland Children's Gait Laboratory has state of the art motion analysis equipment and offers split-screen qualitative video analysis, three-dimensional (3D) real-time gait analysis, electromyographic analysis and energy expenditure analysis. These tests are complemented by a thorough musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment.

Queensland Cerebral Palsy and Rehabilitation Research Centre

The Queensland Cerebral Palsy and Rehabilitation Research Centre's mission is to advance the health of children with cerebral palsy and related disabilities, supporting them and their families across their lifespan. The Centre's role is to lead research, innovation and postgraduate research and translational education in cerebral palsy and rehabilitation.
