Welcome to the Children's Health Services District.

History
The Children's Health Services District (CHSD) is home to Queensland’s major tertiary paediatric teaching hospital which was established in 1878: the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Our location
The Royal Children’s Hospital and its Foundation is located at Herston, on the corner of Bramston Terrace and Herston Road, 10 minutes from Brisbane City Centre.
The Hospital is located on the same campus as the Royal Brisbane and Royal Women’s Hospital but is not part of them. The Royal Children’s Hospital is a stand-alone paediatric facility.
