The nursing meeting and committee structure offers all nurses an opportunity to contribute to:
- advancing nursing professional practice issues whilst developing leadership qualities
- support strategies designed to improve the work life balance of nursing staff
- strategies to assist recruitment and retention of staff
- review of models of care and nursing roles.
