Frequently Asked Questions
Referee Reports - If required, changes can be made to the referee details nominated in your online application. To access your application, click on the following Updating Details and login to access your details. The system will automatically send emails to the old referee, new referee (or old referee at new contact details) and candidate acknowledging this process has occurred. Any amendments to referee details i.e. change of referee email address, phone number etc, will prompt the online system to automatically resend the request for a reference to be completed. Further information on how to complete this action is available on page 17 of the Queensland Health RMO Candidate User Manual at http://www.health.qld.gov.au/rmo/docs/candidate_manual.pdf.
Preference Changes - Candidates will have the opportunity to amend their preferences following the completion of the first preference recruitment round. Changes can be made by candidates online from Monday 20 August until 5pm Wednesday 22 August 2012. An automated email advising how to complete this task and a link to your application will be sent to all candidates who have not yet received an offer of employment, on Monday 20 August 2012.
Queensland Health recruitment selections - Selections are carried out throughout the remainder of the year by Queensland Health facilities. For information regarding the individual facility recruitment process, outcomes and status of your application, please contact the individual facilities you have preferenced. Queensland Health facility contact details are available on the RMO Recruitment campaign website at: http://www.health.qld.gov.au/rmo/facilities.asp.
Note: Some Speciality Training College or Pathway selections may not be advised to Queensland Health until later in the year. Enquiries regarding recruitment outcomes should be made directly to the relevant Speciality Training College or Pathway.
