The vision

Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH) is being developed with a commitment to providing quality health care. This commitment is articulated in its vision statement:

"To provide excellent care through collaboration, enquiry and education."

To achieve the vision as a fully functioning university hospital, SCUH will:

  • provide excellent patient care
  • develop new knowledge through research to contribute to national and international improvements in patient care, and,
  • educate and train the next generations of staff to perform all components.
