Patient Charter
Information about the Public Patient Charter is available as a brochure, booklet or poster and in English, as well as Arabic, Bosnian, Chinese, Croatian, Dari, Farsi, Serbian, Spanish and Vietnamese.
It explains the rights and responsibilities of patients using Queensland's public health service. It tells patients what to expect from a visit to their health service. It also lets patients know how they can help staff provide quality health care services that are safe, efficient, effective and respect their rights.
