Evalution survey: Student Health Professionals

The Student Orientation Package has been up and running on the internet since November 2003 and is currently undergoing its second annual review. The website was developed to provide a standardised and time effective orientation for students attending placements in Queensland Health facilities. As a student who is attending/has attended a placement in a Queensland Health, we require your feedback to ensure that this website is meeting your needs. This information will be used in the ongoing development of the Student Orientation Package.

The information you give is CONFIDENTIAL and will not be used to influence future Queensland Health clinical placements. We appreciate your honest responses to our questions.
