Evaluation survey: Supervisor - Clinicians

The Student Orientation Package has been running on the internet since November 2003 and is constantly under review. The website was developed to provide a standardised and time effective orientation for health professional students attending clinical placements in Queensland Health facilities. As a student educator we require your feedback to ensure that this website is meeting your needs and the needs of our organisation. This information will be used in the ongoing development of the Student Orientation Package.

The information you give is CONFIDENTIAL and will not be used to influence future Queensland Health clinical placements. We appreciate your honest responses to our questions.
