Going to hospital can be a traumatic and stressful time for patients and their families. To help make your experience easier, we have provided a number of resources to assist you throughout your stay. Accessing your Information

Under the Queensland Freedom of Information Act 1992 (FOI Act), patients have the ability to access information regarding their treatment at any of our facilities. For more information about this process, visit the Freedom of Information page of this site.

What to Bring

  • Any regular medication you take
  • Any letter or form you have relating to your current or previous significant medical conditions
  • Any relevant x-rays and / or scans you have
  • Bag with personal toiletries and night attire (for admissions)
  • Contact lenses / glasses as necessary, with case
  • Hearing aids
