Phase 3 is about doing the work planned in Phase 2 and making sure the strategies are being implemented as intended. This requires an ongoing examination process, known as process evaluation.
Process evaluation is useful for measuring short-term progress and can help to maintain the motivation of the community to achieve the long-term outcome of reducing falls and promoting healthy active ageing [29].
Information collected throughout the project/program needs to be regularly entered into a database to enable progress updates and data analysis in Phase 4.
