What happens next?

E. What happens next?

Most projects are limited by time and funding, meaning the final project report and celebration may be the end of your work on this specific project. Funding may have been built in to conduct outcome evaluation after the project has been completed.

There may be one aspect of your project that was very successful or the impact and/or outcomes results of your project may indicate sufficient success to warrant applying for ongoing funding. As a part of planning in Phase 2, you would have considered how to keep the work going (if appropriate).

Phase 2: How to keep the work going

If you are involved in an ongoing program, you will continue the process of investigating, planning, implementing and reviewing (as appropriate). This process will help you to maintain action and achieve your objectives and goals over the life of your program.
