Surf lifesaver
Employers are required to provide a safe working environment and safe systems of work to ensure employees are safe from injury and risk to health while at work. In relation to protection from overexposure of ultraviolet radiation employers can

implement a sun protection policy that incorporates the time of day employees are outside working

Sun safe behaviour needs to comply with other injury prevention personal protection equipment. Employers can also provide information to employees about ultraviolet radiation, sun safety behaviours and the prevention of skin cancer.
