Organisational Profile

Effective leadership and teamwork is vital to the reform of our mental health services. Our organisational structure ensures operational and professional accountability, and promotes multi-disciplinary teamwork. Clinical and professional supervision ensures the development of optimal services and positive health outcomes for consumers.

The Park- Centre for Mental Health employs just under 450 full-time equivalent staff within the following areas:

Business Unit Structure

This Service Delivery Framework ensures business units for particular clinical programs incorporate client district representation.

Each business unit is responsible for managing the clinical, human, material and financial components of the clinical programs: Dual Diagnosis (intellectual disability and mental illness); Extended Treatment & Rehabilitation; Medium (extended) Secure, High Security and Adolescent.
