Nursing Staff Member
Our Clinical Services comprise of a skilled multidisciplinary workforce applying evidence-based practices to meet the individual needs of the consumers. These health teams include: Psychiatrists, psychiatry trainees and medical officers, Nursing Staff and Allied Health Professionals: psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, speech pathology, optometry and podiatry.
Consumer-focussed Clinical Care
- The service aims to provide all care in an individualised manner for each consumer's needs.
- Central to this is the Individual care plan developed collaboratively with the consumer and based on an assessment process that involves the consumer, other key people and services involved in the consumer's care.
- Partnerships with the District Mental Health Services enhance the coordination of services and the continuity of care for consumers within the extended care or secure care programs.
