The Townsville Health Service District offers the wider North Queensland Community modern health care encompassing primary, to tertiary and emergency services in a setting of committed excellence. 

A wide variety of Nursing opportunities exist including Tropical Health, Hyperbaric Medicine, Community, Obstetrics, Neonatal, Rural and Remote. 

Our services enjoy affiliation with James Cook University, (Nursing and Medical facilities) and the Australian Institute of Tropical Medicine.
