The Department of Cardiology provides a comprehensive range of services commencing with consultation in the Cardiac & Medical Clinics. Further to this service we provide access to Echocardiograms, Stress Testing, Tilt Table Testing and ECG in the Cardiac Investigations Unit. Angiograms, angioplasties and pacemaker insertions are performed in the Catheter Laboratory. Cardiac surgery for Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting and other open heart procedures are performed in theatres. Follow up for all these procedures is conducted in the Clinics.
